Payments
The contract shall not be deemed as concluded until we have received full payment and the order confirmed by us via email or any other specified/agreed method.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
High value items may be paid for by two payments – please call our sales team for further information.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our products are made in the UK and specifically to order.
Once they have been delivered and signed for, they may not be returned, nor any monies refunded, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged, by us, during the course of delivery.
Please note, due to the quick delivery service we offer, non-returnable raw materials are ordered on receipt of your order.
Therefore, any cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
This also applies to fabric only orders made by you.
Initial delivery charges will not be refunded with the exception of items returned due to a fault or damage caused by us.
